Current collection and use

The dedicated Google OAuth connection is configured, but no automated Google document workflow is enabled. At this stage, the connection holds the authorization needed for approved per-file document features. A connection-health check reads the connected account display name, email address and storage quota; its non-secret result is retained in the internal setup evidence. No automated reading, creation, editing, deletion or sharing of Drive documents is enabled through this dedicated connection.

The requested Google permission is drive.file. It covers individual files created by the app or explicitly opened or shared with it for use by the app. It is not Drive-wide access. The intended user-facing features are organizing approved company documents and preparing context for authorized company tasks. Document automation will be enabled only after its actual file actions, destinations and controls are disclosed and authorized.

Storage and access

Google processes authorization. The connection credential is stored encrypted in the company's self-hosted n8n credential store on Hostinger infrastructure. The existing n8n owner can administer this connection. Credential values are not placed in documents, model prompts or public pages.

No automated transfer of Google document contents to AI providers, Linear, Slack or a backup service is enabled by this setup. Any later task-specific transfer requires an updated disclosure and appropriate authorization before use. Company runtime backups are outside this Google connection.

Retention and deletion

The saved connection remains until the operator removes it. Provider access can expire or be revoked independently. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently configured for this connection. There are no automated document copies from this dedicated connection to delete at this setup stage.

To stop access, remove the app in Google Account third-party connections and ask the operator to remove its saved n8n credential. Revocation does not itself delete existing copies or records. Requests to delete stored information are handled by the operator after verifying the request and identifying the affected records; applicable legal or security retention requirements will be explained where relevant. Do not send passwords or recovery keys by email.

Use restrictions

Google data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train generalized AI models. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. No Google verification, certification or indefinite credential validity is claimed.

This public website

Cloudflare hosts these information pages and processes ordinary request information to deliver and protect the site. The pages contain no analytics script, login form, document upload form or application cookie. Contact email is handled by Gmail. This notice will be updated before materially different data processing is enabled.
